The research group Efficient Embedded Systems deals with the resource-efficient
implementation of algorithms in hardware architectures.
One focus is on the mapping of algorithms for image processing on FPGA platforms.
Other topics of the research group are heterogeneous systems and current computer
architectures, such as RISC-V in scalable processor architectures.
